2. Project scope
Quotes, timelines, revision rounds and delivery formats depend on the individual project brief. Work begins after the scope is confirmed.
3. Content quality and claims
Content is prepared using the information and materials reasonably available for the assignment. No guarantee is made regarding search rankings, traffic, leads, sales or other business outcomes.
4. Client materials
The client is responsible for ensuring that materials supplied for publication can legally be used. The writer may request clarification where claims, sources or permissions are unclear.
5. Payments
Any applicable price, payment schedule and cancellation terms are agreed in writing for the specific project before paid work begins.
6. Intellectual property
Ownership and permitted use of final paid deliverables are determined by the project agreement. Drafts, research notes and unused concepts remain outside the final deliverables unless agreed otherwise.
